The Mozart Grand pays tribute to Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, a figure deeply connected to Vienna’s cultural identity and the inspiration behind this third-generation loudspeaker. Aware of the significance carried by its name, Vienna Acoustics has refined the original design through a comprehensive development process, enhancing virtually every critical component to achieve an even higher level of performance.

Each speaker is still handcrafted in Vienna, Austria, following a manufacturing tradition established over more than two decades. Construction relies exclusively on carefully selected premium-grade components and meticulously crafted cabinets, reflecting the high standards that define the brand.

At the heart of the design lies the belief that outstanding loudspeaker performance begins with exceptional drive units. For this reason, development efforts focus on continuously refining the transducers, which are manufactured to increasingly strict tolerances and subjected to rigorous testing procedures. These ongoing improvements ensure greater precision, consistency, and overall acoustic performance.

Among the key innovations is the patented Spider-Cone™ woofer, replacing the conventional second woofer and contributing to improved acoustic behaviour and bass performance. The crossover network has also been further optimized, benefiting from continuous research aimed at refining the speaker’s overall sonic balance.

The result is a loudspeaker capable of delivering greater clarity, speed, low-frequency extension, and fine detail retrieval, while preserving the musicality, rhythm, and natural presentation that have long characterized Vienna Acoustics designs. The final product is elegantly finished with carefully selected real wood veneers and genuine piano lacquer, combining advanced engineering, traditional craftsmanship, and a passion for music.
