Shipping and delivery

Availability of goods

The availability of products is always indicated in the product information page.
There are two different levels of availability:

  • Available immediately: the item is available immediately at HI-FI DI PRINZIO; it can be ordered and it will be delivered in a few days.

  • Available within a few days: the item is temporarily out of stock at HI-FI DI PRINZIO but it has already been ordered or the item is available at the supplier's warehouse: it can be ordered immediately and shipping times are usually short but variable. Acceptance of an order placed by you online and the completion of the contract between you and Hi-fi DI PRINZIO will take place when your order is dispatched, unless you have cancelled the order in accordance with the order cancellation instructions set out below.

Estimated times of delivery

When you are visting the information page of a product, the estimated time of delivery is always indicated.
How do we estimate this time?
Apart from the availability, the date of delivery depends on how long your order takes to be processed. Orders that will be delivered rapidly are those paid online by credit card or Paypal.
Payment and delivery methods can alter the delivery times.
For example, postponed payments such as the bank transfer, may delay the estimated time of delivery. In this case, orders will be dispatched after the payment has been credited to our bank account.
Delivery to Italy takes 1 / 2 working days.
Once you have confirmed your order and the payment and delivery methods you prefer have been chosen, HI-FI DI PRINZIO will process the order and deliver goods to the courier. Goods will be sent to the shipping address you have indicated.


International delivery is subjected to Customs. Please note we cannot be held accountable for delays in Customs clearance. HI-FI DI PRINZIO cannot be held liable for any import duties payable on orders made and recommends that all customers make themselves aware of such local charges before ordering.

Please note that when you make online purchases, you will be considered importer and you will have to be aware of the country's legislation where goods will be delivered.

Your privacy is of utmost importance to us and information about your order are used and shared with strict confidence; however goods that cross the border may be opened and inspected by the Customs authorities.

Delivery costs

Delivery charges are at your expenses both to Italy and abroad, unless the product page indicates that shipping costs are for free.

Delivery charges depend on weight and dimensions of goods and are always indicated before you complete your purchase.

If you are not present when goods are being dispatched, the courier will leave a document at your shipping address in order to contact its offices to arrange a new date for delivery; in this case, extra charges will be at your expenses.

Delivery charges to return goods are always at your expenses.

Instructions to follow when your receive your order

By entering your account at the section Purchase History, you can control your order at any time.
To avoid inconvenient surprises when you receive your order, please remember to follow the instructions shown below:

  • Make sure the number of packages received is the same indicated on the delivery note
  • Check that the packaging is intact and that the adhesive tapes are unaltered.
  • If possible, you should unpack the product and make sure it is unbroken.

In case goods have been tampered or show visible damages, delivery must be protested immediately. The courier gives you a document where you have to write: "I ACCEPT THE PACKAGE UNDER PROTEST; PARCEL HAS BEEN TAMPERED AND SEEMS DAMAGED" or provide for a proper explanation. Processing of personal data

HI-FI DI PRINZIO will process personal data collected through its website only for limited and specific purposes: to promote products and services and to conduct market research.
HI-FI DI PRINZIO will not process your personal data for different purposes without your explicit consent.

Disputes and non-fulfillments

The sale contract between the customer and HI-FI DI PRINZIO takes place in Italy and is regulated by the Italian Law. The authority of Civil and Penal disputes due to the termination of the present contract for distance selling is the "Foro di Chieti".
