All models in the series share the same signal generation system, based on high-purity silver coils (Pure Silver Coil System) and the Optimized Magnet System, featuring a one-piece pole cylinder integrated into a rear magnet yoke, engineered to ensure maximum magnetic efficiency and a clean, powerful, and linear signal path.

The “heart” of the MC X40 is its honeycomb structure made of stainless steel, produced using MIM (Metal Injection Molding) technology, providing superior mechanical stability and optimal rigidity. After molding and sintering, the surface receives a PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) treatment that enhances its aesthetic appearance and preserves material integrity over time. The cartridge is hand-assembled using components largely produced in-house, including thermoplastic rubber dampers that support the stylus suspension.
