The Venere 2.5 model, a 2.5-way floorstanding speaker, combines elegance and functionality. It features a Sonus Faber-designed coated fabric tweeter and two 7-inch woofers, with the lower driver rolled off above 250 Hz to optimize tonal balance. The drivers are inset into a gently curved front baffle and protected by a stiff yet lightweight black grille, magnetically attached. The front panel is completed with a Sonus Faber logo engraved on the baffle and a semicircular cutout at the bottom, with the semi-rectangular port located just below. The side panels curve smoothly to meet the narrow rear panel, which houses a staggered array of four multiway terminals.

The cabinet rests on a thick glass base plate with four adjustable spikes, the front pair nearly an inch longer than the rear, tilting the entire speaker slightly backward to align the tweeter with the deeper woofer diaphragms. The top panel, with a glass inlay, follows the same backward slope, creating a sleek, elegant profile reminiscent of refined, almost provocative styling.
