The Icon X4 is a speaker that combines excellent craftsmanship with innovative technology. Made with hand-crafted English maple cabinets and aluminum, it uses advanced DML (Distributed Mode Loudspeaker) technology to deliver a unique sound experience. The Cyrus SurfaceSound™ X4 panel, with a carbon honeycomb structure, features 4 “exciters” covering a frequency range from 400 Hz to 20 kHz, offering performance similar to a 46 cm dome tweeter, but without the typical "sweet spot" or concentrated sound.

The Icon X4 features a unique design, with a powerful panel integrating low-mass exciters damped with ferrofluid, mounted on a die-cast chassis with dual heat sinks. The panel, made of carbon fiber and an aluminum honeycomb core, is optimized for acoustic performance through precise mathematical analysis. The 11-element crossover, built with high-quality components, ensures accurate sound reproduction without interference. The W.B.T. multi-way connections allow bi-wiring or bi-amplification.

The DML technology provides exceptional speed, detail, and integration between high frequencies and sound body. The Icon X4 offers a wide listening window and maintains excellent stereo imaging, even for off-axis listeners. The panel radiates in a distributed manner, making it ideal for modern recordings and 3D spatial effects, without compromising stereo focus and depth in traditional recordings.
