The PRO-JECT 2XPERIENCE CLASSIC sets a new standard in cost-to-performance ratio, offering remarkable precision and sound quality. The platter, made of resonance-optimized layered MDF, weighs approximately 2 kg and features a top vinyl layer that helps dampen unwanted vibrations. The chrome-plated stainless steel spindle rests on a Teflon plate housed in a bronze bushing, ensuring smooth and stable rotation. The MDF plinth sits on three adjustable aluminum cone feet with Sorbothane™ damping, allowing easy leveling while reducing resonance. The low-noise motor is decoupled from the plinth, further minimizing vibrations and unwanted interference.
The tonearm is a 9-inch solid carbon fiber tube with an integrated headshell. It features an inverted mounting design with two stainless steel points resting on sapphire bearings, maximizing cartridge performance. Easy adjustments for vertical tracking angle (VTA), azimuth, and overhang allow optimal analog playback. The included detachable RCA cable ensures a clean and secure connection.
