The Audio-Technica AT-LP140XP professional turntable is a fully manual model designed to deliver DJ-level performance and an exceptional vinyl listening experience. Equipped with a high-torque direct-drive motor, it ensures stable and accurate rotation at 33⅓, 45 and 78 rpm, while the die-cast aluminium platter, featuring anti-resonance construction and mass damping, helps minimise unwanted vibrations and guarantees faithful sound reproduction. The S-shaped tonearm, statically balanced and height adjustable, features dynamic anti-skating control and adjustable tracking force, allowing precise cartridge calibration according to the listener’s or DJ’s requirements.

The turntable is equipped with the Audio-Technica AT-VM95E cartridge, a VM dual moving magnet stereo cartridge with an elliptical 0.3 x 0.7 mil bonded stylus, designed to provide a detailed and long-lasting sound performance. It is pre-mounted on the universal AT-HS6 headshell with a standard half-inch mount. The signal is delivered through a dedicated phono output, while the detachable RCA cable allows easy and secure connection to external equipment.

The AT-LP140XP integrates professional features such as start/stop control, forward and reverse playback, quartz-controlled pitch adjustment with three selectable ranges (+/-8%, +/-16%, +/-24%), as well as a stroboscopic platter with speed indicator and a pop-up stylus target light for easier cueing in low-light environments. The damped base effectively reduces low-frequency feedback, while the hinged and removable dust cover protects the turntable when not in use.
