The DA-300USB uses an asynchronous USB connection for direct connection to PC and Mac computers, allowing playback of high-resolution PCM and DSD audio files. To ensure optimal management of different sampling frequencies, the DA-300USB incorporates two dedicated master clock oscillators, an advanced solution compared to conventional single-clock systems. This configuration improves conversion accuracy and maintains high signal stability during playback.

The audio circuitry is developed according to audiophile design principles, using selected components and focusing on minimizing distortion while increasing dynamic range. Denon's proprietary AL32 Processing technology performs advanced digital signal processing to improve the reconstruction of musical information, particularly in the critical midrange, enhancing detail retrieval and providing a more natural reproduction of low-level nuances.
