At the heart of the DV-10XA-L lies the magnetic circuit developed with Dynavector’s proprietary “Special Magnetic Annealing” technology, using pure iron with stable magnetic properties to minimize distortion. This specialized annealing process, precisely controlled for temperature, environment, and heating/cooling duration, produces a resonant, expansive sound rich in detail without compromising clarity.
The cartridge features a Shibata Type III stylus, engineered for exceptional high-frequency response and superior groove tracking. Its lightweight, rigid aluminum cantilever enhances playback precision and allows for high-resolution reproduction, even on the most demanding vinyl records.
The use of neodymium magnets with patented “Softened Magnet” technology reduces distortion and the harshness often associated with rare-earth magnets, while maintaining a strong and clean signal. This ensures a well-separated, natural sound that is effortless to listen to.
