The Audio-Technica AT-VM740xML/H combo kit includes the AT-VM740xML dual moving magnet cartridge with a MicroLinear stylus, premounted on the AT-LT10 universal 1/2" headshell. The configuration is supplied preassembled, making it easier to install the cartridge on the tonearm of a turntable.

The AT-VM740xML belongs to the updated AT-VMx series, in which Audio-Technica introduces changes to the materials and design to further refine the characteristics of the VM family. The system is designed to accurately track signal variations and deliver reproduction that is particularly responsive to the dynamics of the musical performance.
