Even when connected to a non-MusicCast amplifier or AV receiver, the WXC-50 integrates your system into the multiroom network, connecting devices and controlling everything through the intuitive and easy-to-use MusicCast app. MusicCast allows you to manage all devices together or separately, playing music through soundbars, wireless speakers, AV receivers, Hi-Fi components, or any compatible device, expanding the system according to your needs. The unit supports streaming from smartphones, PCs, or NAS, distributes audio from external devices like TVs or Blu-ray players, and allows Bluetooth audio to be shared across all MusicCast devices in the home.

The WXC-50 allows you to play the same music in all rooms or different tracks in individual rooms, giving full control over your listening experience. Compatibility with any source—from streaming services to CD players and AV equipment—lets you manage your entire system with a single component. Bluetooth and AirPlay wireless connections also enable playback from favorite apps or video services like YouTube. Control is simple via the MusicCast Controller app, which also functions as a universal remote for all compatible devices, while the Play One Push feature powers on the unit and resumes playback from the last source with a single touch.

The unit can store six favorite channels, including Internet radio stations, tracks from USB drives, or external memory, all instantly accessible with a single button. Its retro-modern design, with a high-quality metal body and two-tone finish, integrates seamlessly into any environment, and the compact 214 mm width allows for easy horizontal or vertical placement. When connected to a Yamaha amplifier with MAIN IN and Trigger inputs, the WXC-50 enables direct control of power and volume, simplifying and enhancing the listening experience.
