The Red Rose Model-2 is a stereo tube amplifier rated at 35 watts per channel, designed to integrate with high-quality audio components and deliver an extremely linear sound reproduction with minimal distortion. Every aspect of its construction is engineered to ensure a natural, transparent, and harmonically rich sound, capable of rivaling amplifiers in much higher price ranges. While not a “plug & play” device, installation is straightforward when following the provided instructions, allowing the user to achieve optimal performance with ease.

Inside the Model-2, carefully selected and tested tubes — including EL-34 and 12AT7 — are paired with a refined power and amplification circuit capable of storing over 235 joules of energy per channel. Each tube features its own bias control and integrated current indicator, while a selector switch allows operation in either Triode or Ultra-linear mode to tailor the sound to listening preferences. The power supply is fully separated for each stage and channel, with high-efficiency transformers featuring independent windings, as well as dedicated bridge rectifiers and regulators. The wide-band output transformers, electrically isolated and precisely mounted, contribute to an extended frequency response and a stable, well-defined soundstage.

The aluminum chassis is designed to minimize resonance and enhance signal stability. Additional internal materials and an anti-vibration elastomer base help control micro-resonances, while optional Iso-Bearing 3.3 damping spheres can further improve mechanical isolation. The amplifier includes a standby mode to reduce power consumption and preserve tube life, along with a five-way binding post output terminal featuring impedance taps for 2, 4, 6, and 8 ohms, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of loudspeakers. Internally, the circuit board is built from 2.3 mm mil-spec FR-4 material with thick plating, wide traces, and double-sided through-hole plating for maximum durability and reliability.

The Red Rose Model-2 can also be customized with optional tube protection cages and high-end output terminals from Edison-Price, Music Post, or Cardas, crafted in solid copper. Every detail reflects a meticulous design philosophy aimed at delivering an authentic, engaging listening experience, perfectly balanced between technical precision and musicality.
