The amplifier incorporates a custom 100-watt transformer and a high-current filtered power supply system that allows highly dynamic musical signals to be reproduced naturally and with ample headroom, avoiding compression and preserving signal integrity. The various amplifier stages are isolated by dedicated filtering circuits, a solution that reduces system noise and contributes to extremely transparent, accurate and faithful reproduction of the original recording.

The circuit configuration adopts a hybrid Class A/AB design. The internal bipolar transistors operate in Class A, eliminating crossover distortion and unwanted harmonics often found in other types of amplification. The output stage uses power MOSFET transistors which, thanks to a high bias current circuit, operate under conditions equivalent to Class A up to approximately 10 watts of output power. Above this level, the amplifier gradually transitions to Class AB operation, providing high available power with extremely low crossover distortion.

The resulting sonic character combines the musicality and warmth often associated with tube amplifiers with the stability, reliability and consistent operation typical of solid-state designs. This combination provides engaging and natural sound without sacrificing the robustness and precision associated with modern electronics.

The rear panel provides balanced XLR and unbalanced RCA inputs, offering broad compatibility with a wide range of sources and preamplifiers. A 12V remote trigger input is also provided, allowing the amplifier to be automatically switched on or placed in standby by compatible devices, enabling coordinated power control within the system.

A sophisticated electronic protection circuit system safeguards both the amplifier and connected loudspeakers, ensuring safe operation even during extended listening sessions or at high volume levels.
