The use of sixteen 6550C tubes for only 100 watts per channel reflects a design philosophy that favors signal integrity and driving capability under any load, while the driver tubes — one 12AX7, one 12AU7, and one 6922 per channel — complete a remarkably coherent amplification stage.

The power supply, equipped with large-capacity capacitors and a dedicated isolation transformer, makes external power conditioners unnecessary, ensuring a stable and uncontaminated energy supply.
