The panel includes the stand-by button, mute button, inputs, and headphone jack, while the main power switch is located on the rear.

The chassis, made entirely of aluminum, houses a carefully designed circuit: the power supply relies on a shielded transformer, the filtering is dedicated to each channel, and the preamplification section is also shielded to minimize interference and noise. Internal wiring is neat and minimal, designed to optimize transparency and signal quality.

The IPA 100 R delivers 100 watts per channel at 8 ohms, with matrix volume control and combinatorial resistance, featuring a wide-band circuit with high slew rate and low noise. The voltage gain stages and conductors are powered by a high-level stabilized section, following Norma’s tradition, ensuring accuracy and neutrality.

The rear connections are compact, optimized for banana plug terminations, while the chrome volume knob allows precise adjustments via the remote control, with level indicators visible up close thanks to the engraved markings.
