The Unico Nuovo represents the second generation of the series, building on the original hybrid design introduced in 2001. Tube preamplification, entrusted to a dual-triode ECC83/12AX7, is combined with a Dynamic Class A MOSFET output stage, upgraded compared to the previous model and capable of delivering substantial power without compromising the smoothness typical of tubes. The self-regulating bias circuit ensures finer sonic nuances, enhancing the musical qualities inherent in the tube-based design.

The hybrid architecture of the Unico Nuovo leverages the complementary characteristics of its components: the MOSFETs, known for their precision and bass control, and the tubes, appreciated for their musicality and fast response in the mid-to-high spectrum.
