The Rondo 991 is an integrated amplifier that embodies the technological continuity of the legendary Burmester 911 power amplifiers, from which it directly inherits its topology and X-amp design. It stands out for its fully DC-coupled signal path, free of capacitors, and for its balanced circuitry, features that ensure a natural, neutral, refined, and highly detailed sound with the characteristic analog sweetness typical of Burmester products. Thanks to its extremely high damping factor and wideband stability, the 991 can drive even very demanding speakers with impedances down to 2 ohms, always providing precise control and accuracy.

The oversized 300-watt transformer, specially designed for this model, contributes to the amplifier’s stability and consistent performance, while the custom-designed attenuation circuit ensures perfect channel balance.
