“Let's face it. Live albums are often bland, songs pale versions of opulent studio originals. It's different here. The Texan singer-songwriter and her sideman Chris Jones turned out to be outstanding. During the successful Nautilus tour between May and June 2002 Günter Pauler recorded every concert in high quality digital multi-track technology. After listening to the tapes we decided: The recording on 6.15 in Erlangen was convincing in all respects! The performance, the audience, the surround sound and finally the musical/vocal performance by Sara K. and Chris Jones are just overwhelming.
