Its design explicitly recalls the golden era of hi-fi from the 1970s and 1980s, reinterpreted through modern solutions that enhance performance. The compact and well-proportioned structure, featuring a dark wood-finish cabinet, conveys a bold yet balanced character, while the fabric front grille mounted on a rigid MDF frame allows the speaker to alternate between a more understated look and a more technical, “open” appearance, revealing the symmetrical driver layout.

The system is based on a three-way configuration that includes a 260 mm woofer with an ultra-light paper cone, a 135 mm dome dedicated to the midrange, and a single compression horn tweeter, a distinctive element that plays a key role in dynamic performance and sound projection. The entire design is optimised for high efficiency, rated at 92.5 dB, allowing the speaker to be driven effectively even by relatively low-powered amplifiers while still maintaining excellent control and liveliness.

The frequency response extends confidently to both the low and high ends of the spectrum, with deep bass capability achieved through a carefully tuned bass reflex system, while the horn tweeter extends into ultrasonic frequencies, ensuring brilliance and openness in the high range. The front-firing bass reflex ports also make placement less critical, allowing the speakers to be positioned relatively close to a wall without compromising sound performance.
