KHARMA ELEGANCE DOUBLE SEVEN SIGNATURE

The Elegance collection represents the evolution of Kharma’s renowned Ceramique line of high-end loudspeakers, which debuted in 1998 and quickly gained recognition in the high-end audio world thanks to the use of ceramic-based drivers. After years of research and development, Kharma now renews its offering with the Elegance series, integrating cutting-edge technologies to once again redefine the standards of premium audio reproduction. The cabinet’s shape, already tested and optimized for sound performance, remains unchanged due to its acoustic functionality, while the overall design has been refined: the base and stand have been redesigned, along with the front cover and other aesthetic elements, to deliver an even more sophisticated and refined look.

In the dB7 model, every component has been improved. The tweeter now uses pure beryllium, a highly prized material considered the second-best acoustic conductor after diamond, capable of delivering a frequency response that is both extremely accurate and natural. The two 7-inch midwoofers are Kharma Composite Drivers (KCD), based on a new proprietary cone technology developed in-house to ensure superior performance in both the midrange and low-frequency bands. The presence of two 7-inch drivers also inspires the model's name: Elegance dB7.

The cabinet features a unique polygonal shape, designed to optimize phase coherence and minimize group delay. Constructed from 35 mm high-density MDF, the enclosure ensures excellent structural neutrality and stability, while the internal acoustic damping materials are carefully selected to absorb energy across a wide frequency range. Every detail of the dB7 reflects meticulous craftsmanship: luxury trim rings around the drivers elegantly conceal mechanical screws, and chrome accents—such as the logo plates and parts of the newly designed SDSS stand—add a discreet yet unmistakable touch of luxury. Even the rear panel has been carefully designed, showcasing Kharma’s dedication to artisanal quality and aesthetic excellence.

Another standout feature is the newly improved front grille, enhanced in both form and function. Thanks to embedded magnets, it is easily detachable, allowing for aesthetic customization: with the grille on, the Elegance dB7 conveys refined elegance; without it, it reveals the modern and technical beauty of the new composite drivers while maintaining a clean, seamless appearance with no visible mounting marks. The Elegance dB7 perfectly balances outstanding acoustic performance with exclusive design, proudly bearing Kharma’s unmistakable signature in every detail.
