DALI SONIK 5

A slim floorstanding loudspeaker designed to deliver balanced, detailed sound without taking up too much space. Its compact dimensions make it suitable for small to medium-sized rooms, both in stereo systems and home theatre setups, for listening to music and watching films.

The speaker system features two 5.25-inch woofers with Clarity Cone™ diaphragms made from paper and wood fibres, along with a 29 mm soft-dome tweeter offering wide bandwidth. This configuration provides natural and precise midrange and high-frequency reproduction, ensuring a coherent transition between the drivers and realistic vocal reproduction with minimal sound coloration.

The woofers use the SMC™ (Soft Magnetic Composite) magnet system, a technology developed by DALI to reduce distortion and improve the linearity of voice coil movement. The composite magnetic material helps minimise phenomena such as eddy currents and hysteresis, resulting in cleaner, more detailed midrange reproduction.

Low-frequency performance is characterised by depth, control and dynamics, enabling the loudspeaker to reproduce both musical rhythms and cinematic sound effects effectively. The combination of design solutions aims to deliver articulate, natural sound while maintaining a compact footprint.

The cabinet features a modern, understated design intended to blend into a variety of living spaces without visually dominating the room. Available in four finishes, the loudspeaker can complement different interior styles, combining space-saving dimensions with high-quality sound reproduction.
