Every detail of the Elysian 2 is crafted with expertise. The cabinet features a high-gloss lacquer finish, precisely manufactured with artisan-level care to achieve an elegant yet solid aesthetic. At the heart of the design is the exclusive AMT (Air Motion Transformer) tweeter, an ultra-precise transducer that, thanks to its pleated and extremely lightweight diaphragm, moves air efficiently and responsively, offering detailed, transparent high-frequency reproduction free from distortion. This unconventional approach allows every sonic nuance to be captured with astonishing clarity, turning listening into a vivid and engaging experience.

The midrange driver employs a 150 mm woven glass fiber cone, chosen for its optimal combination of low mass and high rigidity, enhanced with a special plastic coating that controls the material’s dynamic behavior. This driver is powered by a dual-layer voice coil integrated into a magnetic system equipped with an aluminum ring to reduce distortion and maximize signal fidelity. The entire assembly is mounted on a die-cast aluminum basket with extensive ventilation, improving transient response.

The woofer uses the same fiberglass technology, but in a larger format with deep excursion, supported by a purpose-designed low-distortion motor system to ensure performance even at the lowest frequencies. Bass is reproduced with remarkable efficiency, further enhanced by the SLPP (Slot-Loaded Profiled Port) system—a refined evolution of the traditional reflex port. This design vents air through a shaped slot at the speaker’s base, balancing the internal and external cabinet pressure, reducing distortion, and making the speaker less sensitive to room placement.

The interaction between woofer, midrange, and tweeter is managed by a high-precision crossover that ensures seamless tonal consistency across the entire frequency range. The low-end extension is surprisingly deep for a bookshelf speaker, reaching below 28 Hz and conveying the physicality of double basses, timpani, and pipe organs with striking realism.
