The VELA BS 404.2 is a two-way bookshelf speaker with a 7-inch driver and the renowned JET 6 tweeter, the result of 95 years of experience in engineering and acoustic design. The cabinet features a combination of wood veneers and mirror-finish surfaces, while its trapezoidal shape not only draws the eye but also enhances acoustic performance, optimizing sound dispersion for both stereo and multichannel setups in modern interiors.

At the heart of the VELA BS 404.2 is the JET 6 tweeter, designed and manufactured in Kiel, Germany. This Air Motion Transformer offers an extended frequency response up to 50 kHz, very low distortion, and exceptional clarity in the high frequencies, providing a detailed and immersive reproduction of all musical nuances. The new generation JET 6 incorporates a diaphragm layout based on the principle of moving mass variance, paired with a redesigned front panel, resulting in superior acoustic performance compared to previous versions.

The crystal-clear aluminum sandwich woofer is another key innovation. Its construction combines lightness and rigidity, reducing unwanted resonances and distortion while delivering clear and accurate reproduction of low and mid frequencies.
