Two-way powered bookshelf speaker system, designed as a self-contained solution for music listening and monitoring applications. The bass-reflex architecture combines a 13 cm woofer with a cellulose cone and a 2.5 cm compression driver with a Teonex diaphragm, coupled to a JBL HDI (High Definition Imaging) waveguide for midrange and high-frequency reproduction.

The JBL JW130P-4 woofer features a cellulose paper cone and cast-aluminum frame, while the JBL 2410H-2 compression driver uses a Teonex diaphragm and compression-driver design. The HDI waveguide provides controlled dispersion of 90° horizontally and 60° vertically. The crossover is managed via DSP and operates at approximately 1700 Hz.

Each speaker features Class D amplification dedicated to the individual drivers, providing a total system power rating of 300 W RMS. Digital signal processing manages the crossover and integration between the different sections of the system, while the built-in DAC supports signals up to 24-bit/192 kHz.

The system features an integrated streaming engine with Google Chromecast, Apple AirPlay 2 and Bluetooth, allowing content to be played over a wired or wireless network. Services and platforms such as Spotify Connect and Roon Ready are also supported. When the two speakers are connected via Digital Link CAT5e, signal transmission between the two channels reaches 32-bit/192 kHz; wireless connection between the speakers supports up to 24-bit/96 kHz.

The primary speaker houses all physical connections and features a combination XLR/TRS 6.35 mm input for balanced or unbalanced signals, a Toslink optical input, a USB-B port for direct connection to a computer, a 3.5 mm analog input and an RJ45 Ethernet port for wired network connection. A dedicated output is also provided for connecting an external powered subwoofer.

The primary and secondary speakers can be connected via Digital Link CAT5e cable or wirelessly. The system is supplied with a Bluetooth remote control and can also be managed via the Musiclife app. The front panel of the primary speaker features controls for volume and source selection, while firmware updates can be performed over the network.

The cabinet is made of 19 mm MDF with internal bracing and a wood veneer finish.
