The Goldmund Studietto stands out as a high-end turntable, designed with advanced technical solutions necessary for precise tracking of today’s vinyl records. Its structure, derived from the renowned Goldmund Studio but slightly more compact, adopts the direct-drive principle with a low-coloration metacrylate construction, ensuring acoustic isolation and mechanical rigidity.

The motor, equipped with an integrated regulator and quartz-controlled speed for 33 and 45 rpm, provides extremely fast start and stop of the platter, eliminating the need for an external regulated power supply while guaranteeing perfect rotational stability.

The 7-pound platter, machined in Goldmund’s distinctive shape and made of lead-loaded metacrylate, offers very high inertia and optimal disc-to-platter coupling. The low-frequency suspension, adjustable to 3 Hz, together with the integrated leveling system, ensures perfect mechanical grounding, reducing the turntable’s sensitivity to placement compared to other models. Three adjustable feet allow for precise leveling, and a new cable clamp enables installation of heavier interconnects without compromising suspension.

The Bliant tonearm is distinguished by a highly innovative design that abandons the traditional pivoted or unipivot architecture. Instead, it employs a sophisticated magnetic levitation system for horizontal movement, decoupling the articulation and suspending the entire arm extremely smoothly. This approach drastically reduces friction while providing exceptional stability during playback.

The extraordinarily long arm, exceeding 13 inches, minimizes tangential error to extremely low levels, ensuring highly accurate tracking even in the innermost grooves of the record. The vertical system, based on a multipivot supporting axis, further contributes to overall precision, allowing smooth and controlled movement throughout playback.

The entire arm is designed to minimize resonance, with a multi-point decoupled structure, especially around the articulation, ensuring almost zero friction and exceptional long-term reliability. Thanks to its exceptional effective length, tangential error is so low that the use of an antiskating system becomes unnecessary, avoiding complications in setup and potential alterations to cartridge behavior. This design also reflects the evolution of modern cartridges, which use diamonds with geometries that provide a wide contact area and minimal groove pressure, greatly reducing friction and wear.

The materials used in the system are self-lubricating and lightweight, ensuring low sensitivity to temperature variations, reduced mechanical wear, and greater stability over time. These technical solutions make the Bliant tonearm extremely reliable, precise, and easy to set up and use.
