Control of the DMP-A6 is simple and immediate via a 6″ integrated LCD touchscreen on the aluminum chassis, allowing access to all player functions, or through the dedicated mobile app for convenient remote operation from the comfort of your couch. Internal memory and an M.2 NVMe SSD slot up to 4 TB enable local music storage with ultra-fast access, reducing vibration and heat compared to traditional hard drives.

The power section features a low-noise switching module with dedicated filtering, designed to minimize high-frequency interference, ensuring a silent background and precise sound reproduction. The DMP-A6 offers full connectivity: it supports WiFi, DLNA, AirPlay 2, Bluetooth 5.0 aptX, Roon, and can handle multichannel DSD streams via HDMI thanks to its dedicated DOH chip. The third-generation XMOS 316 USB port supports PCM decoding up to 32bit/768kHz, DSD512, and MQA, while optical and coaxial ports handle DSD64 (DoP) and PCM 192/24-bit. Two high-precision clock oscillators effectively eliminate jitter, delivering transparent and accurate sound.

The DMP-A6 integrates a balanced analog preamplifier from the DAC to XLR and RCA outputs, reducing noise and preserving signal quality.
