The WTX-StreamTubes is a compact network player designed for those who want the warmth and musicality of vinyl even when streaming from digital sources. This device features a Class A analog output stage equipped with Raytheon 5703 subminiature tubes, which give the sound a smooth, full-bodied, and natural character. The integration of a TI Burr Brown PCM1796 DAC allows for the decoding of digital audio signals up to 24-bit / 192 kHz, ensuring excellent performance in terms of detail, dynamics, and fidelity.

The WTX-StreamTubes connects to the network via Wi-Fi or Ethernet cable and offers direct access to a wide range of music services including Spotify, Qobuz, Tidal, Deezer, and Amazon Music, as well as thousands of local and international internet radio stations through TuneIn and vTuner. It supports all major audio formats such as FLAC, APE, WAV, ALAC, AAC, and MP3, ensuring full compatibility with personal music libraries stored locally or shared on NAS drives or computers via DLNA/UPnP protocols. It is also AirPlay compatible for seamless integration with Apple devices.

Designed to work with any integrated amplifier, preamplifier, or audio source with RCA line inputs, the WTX-StreamTubes is ideal for multi-room setups, allowing users to play the same track across multiple rooms or choose different content for each zone. Control is managed via the free Advance PlayStream app, available for iOS and Android devices, which enables full functionality directly from a smartphone or tablet.

Thanks to its proprietary Bluetooth port, optional X-FTB01 or X-FTB02 HD modules can be connected for high-quality wireless streaming with support for aptX and aptX HD. The unbalanced RCA analog output ensures quick and easy integration with any audio system.
