The construction features a rigid aluminum chassis measuring 500 × 54 × 54 mm, engineered to provide high mechanical strength and effective shielding against external interference. The system includes grounding at both ends and uses a star-ground configuration, a design choice that improves overall electrical stability and helps reduce interference between the different power outlets. It also integrates high-voltage surge protection to safeguard connected equipment in the event of sudden power spikes.
