The AT33xEN cartridge represents the latest update to the historic AT33 series, marking the first comprehensive overhaul in years and adding warmth and fullness to music reproduction. This model incorporates technological innovations and advanced materials, including, for the first time, a die-cast zinc base designed to reduce unwanted resonances and enhance expressiveness in the mid-to-low frequency range, allowing listeners to capture every detail across the entire audio spectrum.

The cartridge body is made of a composite material combining die-cast zinc, aluminum, and high-rigidity polymer, strategically arranged to reduce and disperse vibrations throughout the body. This construction ensures balanced and natural reproduction, without emphasizing specific frequencies, delivering a harmonious and coherent sound.

The 0.3 x 0.7 mil nude elliptical stylus, paired with a high-hardness duralumin tapered pipe cantilever, provides precise tracking of the record groove and superior high-frequency control, producing a warm and full-bodied sound suitable for a wide range of recordings. The rigid cantilever, combined with a solid suspension mechanism and rubber damper, slightly lowers dynamic compliance, ensuring a fuller and more detailed response, particularly in the mid-low range, while maintaining compatibility with various tonearms.

The dual moving coil design delivers excellent channel separation through independent left- and right-channel PCOCC (Pure Copper by Ohno Continuous Casting) coils, ensuring pure, linear, and smooth signal transmission. The magnetic system, consisting of a neodymium magnet and a permendur yoke, generates a powerful and stable field, maximizing energy efficiency and providing high-resolution, precise, and dynamic analog playback.

The cartridge includes integrated threaded mounting holes, simplifying installation with just two screws and proving particularly convenient for tonearms with integrated headshells. Every construction detail is designed to prevent any frequency from dominating during playback, offering a balanced, natural, and nuanced listening experience.
