At the core of the cable is a silver-coated α (Alpha) OCC inner conductor and an α (Alpha) DUCC outer conductor made of ultra-crystallized copper, the same used in the Project V1-L and Project V1 models. These conductors undergo a unique cryogenic and demagnetizing process, ensuring exceptional conductivity and the purest possible signal. The combination of these materials and treatments guarantees highly efficient signal transmission, with a silent soundstage, crystalline detail, and remarkable depth.

To preserve signal integrity and further enhance audio quality, the cable incorporates Furutech’s NCF (Nano Crystal² Formula) technology, a special crystalline material that eliminates static electricity and converts thermal energy into far infrared. Combined with nano-ceramic particles and carbon powder, this technology improves both electrical and mechanical damping, reducing noise and interference to deliver unmatched clarity, dynamics, and detail in every performance.

The Project V1-S is constructed with the highest-quality materials and techniques, featuring a multi-layered sleeve composed of premium insulation and a vibration-damping layer, similar to Furutech’s tonearm cables. Its structure includes three-layer shielding, double-layer filler, and a single-layer jacket, while a specially designed damping ring improves grip and limits mechanical and electrical distortion.

The connectors, both spade and banana types, are made from non-magnetic rhodium-plated α (Alpha) pure copper and are secured in NCF-insulated housings. The connector housings and damping rings are constructed from four-layer hybrid NCF carbon fiber and finished with a hardened clear coating to further reduce resonance. The binding posts and connector bodies, made from non-magnetic stainless steel and anti-vibration metal alloys, ensure a secure and stable connection, enhancing signal longevity and stability.

The conductor combines the purity of α-OCC copper with high-quality ultra-crystallized DUCC copper sourced from Mitsubishi Materials Industries, creating one of the finest conductor materials available. This dual conductor, treated with Furutech’s Alpha Super Cryogenic and demagnetizing process, ensures optimal signal transmission, significantly enhancing audio fidelity and precision.
