Clear Sky X4 represents the entry point into the Clear product line. It is a neutral, revealing, and dynamic cable, with tightly controlled bass, a rich midrange, and impressive high-frequency extension. Clear cables are renowned for their three-dimensional soundstage, and Sky X4 is no exception, thanks to its two concentric Matched Propagation conductors specifically designed for this model.

Using a faster braiding technique and larger copper strands (scaled according to the Golden Ratio) than those found in higher-tier models, Sky X4 can be produced in larger quantities and with greater efficiency. Despite this, it retains much of the sonic character typical of the Clear series, delivering performance that exceeds its price point.

The original Clear Sky featured a single concentric conductor. Sky X4 doubles that configuration, adopting a geometry similar to Clear Cygnus and Clear itself. This structure also allows for internal bi-wiring.

Clear Sky X4 is terminated with soldered spade or banana connectors and finished with custom-printed Cardas shrink tubing.
