The AC-ZERO power cable is the result of the expertise gained through the patented Photon Shield technology, originally developed for the flagship TPL-3000A-WT model, and incorporates its essential evolution known as Photon Shield Light. This design embraces the philosophy of achieving maximum signal purity through the careful optimization of both structure and materials, with the aim of eliminating every unnecessary element while preserving the integrity of power transmission.

The conductors are made from DF-OFC, a high-purity oxygen-free copper produced through a process that reduces oxygen content to near-zero levels while minimizing impurities. This manufacturing method helps reduce transmission losses, ensuring a cleaner and more stable current flow. Completing the design is TIGLON's proprietary H.S.E Professional treatment, developed to optimize energy transfer efficiency throughout the conductors and further enhance their performance.
