The pair of monoblock power amplifiers features a Class D architecture based on Infineon’s IRS2092 chip and IRFB4227 HexFET MOSFETs. This configuration is designed to deliver substantial power reserves in a compact form, with rated outputs of 600 W into 8 ohms, 800 W into 4 ohms and 1000 W into 2 ohms. The switching power supply helps keep both size and weight to a minimum, making these amplifiers suitable for Hi-Fi systems requiring considerable drive capability.

The internal construction features a clean, straightforward layout, with SamYoung, Rubycon and Nichicon capacitors and selected components in the power supply and amplification stages. The chassis is made entirely of non-magnetic aluminium, with an 8 mm-thick front panel and rounded edges. The stereo image is wide, deep and well focused, accurately conveying the ambience and differences between recordings.

These power amplifiers are well suited to pairing with high-quality loudspeakers and preamplifiers with a balanced tonal character, capable of complementing their transparency without making the presentation excessively bright. Their available power calls for particular care when adjusting the volume, especially when using loudspeakers fitted with small drivers.
