The most powerful single chassis McIntosh Monaural amplifier, MC1.2KW produces a massive 1,200 watts. The MC1.2KW features the extraordinary McIntosh Quad Balanced Circuit. Each amplifier consists of two balanced amplifier circuits, the outputs of which are combined in the unique, hand-crafted McIntosh Output Autoformer. The MC1.2KW can be used with all loudspeaker types and features output connections that are optimized for 2, 4, and 8-Ohms for low distortion performance and maximum power transfer regardless of speaker type used. With features such as DC failure protection and remote power control, the MC1.2KW is an ideal marriage of power and performance.
