The Manley Mahi are compact yet surprisingly powerful tube monoblock amplifiers, designed to deliver an engaging and refined musical listening experience. Despite their small size, these amplifiers feature robust and sophisticated construction, with a black chassis, front panel and spiked feet in an elegant metallic blue, and the Mahi logo that illuminates when powered on, giving them a striking and modern aesthetic.

Technically, each Mahi uses a quartet of EL84/6BQ5 tubes per channel as the output stage, driven by a 12BH7 (or 6414) dual-triode driver and a 12AT7EH dual-triode input tube. These tubes, known for their reliability and longevity, provide approximately 40 watts RMS in Ultra-Linear mode or 20 watts in Triode mode, delivering a fast, dynamic, and controlled sound with tight bass, a smooth midrange, and extended, detailed highs. Triode mode offers a warmer, softer tone, ideal for nighttime listening or more intimate genres, while Ultra-Linear mode increases power and control over the lower frequencies, suitable for more demanding systems or energetic playback.

The Mahis also feature a three-position variable feedback control, allowing tonal adjustment based on the speakers or music, transforming the amplifier into a versatile tool for personalizing sound. The power supply has been optimized with a significant increase in B+ rail capacity to nearly 115 Joules, ensuring tighter, faster, and deeper bass. High-quality German WBT binding posts provide secure and stable speaker connections, while compatibility with a wide range of impedances makes the Mahis versatile in various hi-fi setups.

Built at the Manley facility in Chino, California, the Mahis represent the evolution of the renowned Tiny Triodes and the 35- and 50-watt monoblocks, incorporating all circuit refinements developed through the Stingray and Snapper series, combining aesthetic elegance, reliability, and exceptional musicality.
