Compact wireless speaker designed for network music playback and integration into multiroom systems. The NV designation, meaning “No Voice”, identifies the version without microphones and therefore without direct voice control through the speaker. Compared with the standard Denon Home 150, it also does not feature the proximity sensors located on the top panel.

The system uses a full-range driver combined with optimized digital signal processing (DSP) and acoustic hardware designed to provide balanced reproduction, with extended high frequencies and good low-frequency presence. It can be used as a standalone speaker or paired with a second Denon Home 150 to create a stereo configuration.

Wireless connectivity is provided via Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and Apple AirPlay 2, allowing music to be streamed directly from smartphones, tablets and other compatible devices. Through the integrated HEOS platform, users can access streaming services such as Spotify, Amazon Music HD, TIDAL, TuneIn and Deezer, as well as their own network music library. The system also supports high-resolution audio files in FLAC formats up to 192 kHz/24-bit, WAV, ALAC and DSD 2.8/5.6 MHz.

The HEOS app allows the speaker to be configured on the home network, sources to be managed and playback to be controlled. The platform also allows multiple compatible devices to be grouped together, enabling the same music to be played in different rooms or different content to be played in individual rooms.

The Denon Home 150 NV features capacitive controls located on the top panel for volume adjustment and the main playback functions, as well as three quick presets for accessing preferred Internet radio stations.

The speaker can also be integrated into Denon Home Theater systems, where it can serve as a rear speaker in a compatible configuration. Connection to the home network allows it to be combined with other HEOS Built-in products, expanding its integration options within an audio system.

The cabinet has a compact design and is covered with a fabric designed to resist water and stains, making it suitable for placement in different areas of the home. The Denon Home 150 NV is available with a light or dark fabric finish and differs from the standard version also through its packaging, which is developed with particular attention to recyclability and sustainability.
