The amplifier chassis houses an oversized, shielded toroidal power transformer designed to minimize electrical interference and deliver clean power to all sections. The MM and MC phono inputs use ultra-low-noise operational amplifiers powered by separate regulated supplies with extensive filtering, while an OPA buffer on the output stage ensures very low output impedance without signal loss.

At first sight, the Roma 510AC Signature impresses with its size and elegance. The power output reaches 80 watts per channel in push-pull pentode configuration, with a dual 12AX7 triode at the input, a 12BH7 as phase splitter, and a pair of KT88 tubes in the output stage, delivering detailed, delicate, and dynamic sound. All tubes, except the KT88s, are powered by a DC-stabilized circuit to virtually eliminate hum.

The high-quality iron-silicon output transformer ensures excellent frequency reproduction and a wide, precise soundstage. The extremely rigid mechanical chassis reduces unwanted vibrations, while the aluminum feet with rubber inserts isolate the amplifier from its surroundings. Gold-plated binding posts and ceramic sockets ensure stable, oxidation-free connections, further enhancing sonic refinement.
