High-end hybrid valve receiver with powerful output stage and Bluetooth® aptX

The Magnat MR 780 combines elegant, audiophile hi-fi sound with substantial power reserves: ECC 81 tubes are used in the preamplifier stage to ensure a warm and immersive sound. The output stage is based on a low-emission toroidal transformer and delivers an impressive 100 watts RMS per channel at 4 ohms. This is complemented by a wide range of analog and digital input options, including aptX Bluetooth. If needed, a high-quality Wolfson D/A converter handles signal conversion up to 192 kHz and 24 bits. A built-in phono preamplifier for MM systems, DAB/DAB+ tuner, FM receiver, and numerous additional features make the MR 780 one of the best stereo receivers in its price range.

Audiophile sound thanks to tube-based preamplifier stage
The MR 780 follows Magnat’s unique hybrid concept. The preamplifier stage is handled by two hand-selected ECC 81 tubes, providing the entire system with a warm, audiophile sound. Additionally, the powerful transistor power amplifier delivers 100 watts RMS per channel at 4 ohms.
