The device integrates a high-end AK4493SEQ DAC, capable of reproducing dynamic, transparent, and distortion-free sound, supporting high-resolution formats such as MQA and DSD, and ensuring full compatibility with Roon Ready and other streaming platforms.

Thanks to Wi-Fi and LAN connectivity, the Eversolo PLAY provides seamless access to services like TIDAL, Qobuz, Amazon Music, Deezer, and Radio Paradise, while supporting protocols such as TIDAL Connect, Qobuz Connect, DLNA, and JPLAY Certified. The user interface, displayed on a large 5.5” LCD touchscreen, allows navigation through both local and network libraries, track selection, saving favorites, and playback control directly on the device or via the Eversolo Control app for Android, iOS, and iPad. The “Listen at Will” feature automatically suggests tracks from local or online libraries, offering a constantly varied and engaging listening experience.

The CNC-machined aluminum alloy chassis not only provides an elegant appearance but also protects against electromagnetic interference and ensures efficient thermal dissipation. The integrated Class D amplifier delivers 60W RMS @ 8Ω (110W RMS @ 4Ω), driving speakers with precision and power, while AKM’s VELVETSOUND™ technology reduces distortion and noise, delivering a live-like sound experience.

Eversolo PLAY supports a wide range of connections, including direct speaker outputs, a dedicated Subwoofer Out with adjustable crossover from 40 to 500 Hz, PHONO MM/MC input for analog turntables, HDMI ARC, coaxial, optical and analog inputs, Bluetooth 5.3 (SBC/AAC), and USB Audio output compatible with DSD512 Native and PCM 768 kHz/32Bit. The USB 3.0 OTG port allows high-speed connection of external drives, expanding local music playback options.

The device also offers advanced acoustic optimization features, including automatic room calibration using an internal or external microphone, multi-room management with synchronization between multiple units, Wake-on-LAN support for remote power-on, and dynamic VU meters with RGB rings that change color according to the music genre. Decoding of all major audio formats, combined with proprietary EOS and EVC technologies, ensures faithful reproduction without unwanted resampling and optimized volume management without distortion.

Performance is impeccable: signal-to-noise ratio exceeds 109 dB, THD is below 0.0037%, damping factor is above 107, and frequency response is perfectly linear from 20 Hz to 40 kHz.
