However, connecting a sensitive DAC to the noise generated by computers, routers, NAS, local networks, and modems via WiFi or Ethernet cable does not guarantee high-quality audio. The PS Audio AirLens™ completely eliminates noise, jitter, and EMI interference through total galvanic isolation and perfect reclocking of the digital audio signal. With the AirLens, audio streaming reaches unprecedented levels of quality.

Design
Streaming music through Roon, Audirvana, JRiver, Tidal Direct, Spotify, NAS, or DLNA-compatible servers introduces unwanted noise into the DAC. USB connections to computers are the noisiest, followed by Ethernet and WiFi. The PS Audio AirLens eliminates any electrical connection between the computer, network, and DAC, using a galvanically isolated input and reclocked output stage connected "through the air." With separate power supplies, it ensures total isolation and noise-free transmission of perfect digital audio signals.

Application
Replacing the noisy USB connection to the computer with the AirLens, connected to the home network via Ethernet or WiFi, significantly enhances the quality of music streaming. Connecting the AirLens to a DAC via coaxial or I2S inputs eliminates disturbances caused by computers, long Ethernet cables, EMI interference, and system modems/routers, improving transparency, resolution, and dynamics.
